We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Strategist to join our team at SICPA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and optimize business processes, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting alternative solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements.
  • Contribute to the design of solutions that balance technical feasibility with business priorities.
  • Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to reach consensus on solution alternatives.
  • Translate high-level requirements into detailed functional specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • Certificate in Business Analysis preferred.
  • More than 5 years experience in a similar position, ideally working in an Agile environment.
  • Proven experience in analysis and documentation of requirements and business processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured approach and a strong business and technical vision.
  • Capability to synthesize and simplify complex problems.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Fluent in English mandatory, Portuguese is a plus.
