We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Business Development efforts for new and existing accounts with a focus on Real-World Evidence (RWE) solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Act as the point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
- Design proposals and pitch complex RWE offerings to drive business development.
- Lead complex RWE studies from conceptualization to completion across multiple therapeutic areas and product lifecycles.
- 6-8 years of extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with a strong focus on RWE.
- Proven record in developing and growing client relationships, with the ability to lead RWE-focused business development activities across different therapeutic areas and product lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of RWE study designs, data sources, and analytical methodologies.
- Working knowledge of global, regional, and local regulatory and quality frameworks governing RWE studies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to drive delivery in a dynamic environment.
- Native or fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- A dynamic global environment where you will work on impactful and strategically important RWE initiatives for leading pharmaceutical, biotech, MD&D, and life science companies.
