Job Description

Our client is a leading consulting and service company with a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from private individuals to institutions. With a team of over 200 professionals from more than 20 countries, they offer tailored solutions and excellent service to their clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overall responsibility for the human resources of a company with approximately 180 employees (excluding payroll)
  • Independent management of a defined area as an HR Business Partner, including all HR lifecycle tasks from recruitment to exit
  • Direct leadership and development of a small team of three HR professionals (HR Business Partner and Administration)
  • Optimization and development of HR processes, including the introduction of new digital tools and processes
  • Advice and support for executives and employees on labor law and social security issues
  • Participation in cross-functional company projects as an HR representative, e.g. in the implementation of change management initiatives
  • Fostering a positive company culture and implementing measures to promote employee retention and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Completed studies in business administration, psychology, law, or a related field (FH/Uni)
  • Additional qualification in HR management, e.g. MAS in HR Management, Diploma in Personnel Management, or eidg. Fachausweis in HR
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position or as an HR Business Partner, preferably in an international company
  • Strong leadership skills, combined with a confident and convincing presence
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics in a targeted manner
  • Fluent German and very good English skills in writing and speaking; additional language skills are an asset
  • High IT affinity and experience with HR software and digital processes
