We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Haag, Switzerland.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and advise on appropriate product selection
  • Respond to requests for quotes, applications assistance, and resolving customer issues
  • Provide direct support for Direct sales managers, channel partners, and distributors
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales manager for further development and closure
  • Closing sales through diligent follow-up and achieving quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within the assigned territory
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Participate in sales team meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement through initiatives and other assigned action items
  • Input and track customer engagements via CRM system
  • Proactively drive the sales pipeline by ensuring all quotations and opportunities are entered in the VAT CRM system and followed up through completion
  • Provide technical support to sales channels and distribution partners (email/phone/onsite)

Key Experiences:

  • Preferred experience of direct or indirect sales including agent representations
  • Base knowledge of CRM administration or data maintenance
  • Business Diploma or Degree preferred
  • Proficient in full Microsoft Office suites, especially Excel
  • Ability to demonstrate good written and oral English and German communication skills
