Your MissionThe Project Manager (PM) represents Beyond Gravity towards the customer and is entirely responsible for contract fulfillment, leading the project from start to finish. In addition to the PM role, the job holder supports sales and marketing, business development, and product-portfolio management in their work to acquire new business and strengthen Beyond Gravity with customer insights.
- Take on commercial and technical project responsibility, including proper structuring, planning, budgeting, and execution until the end of the warranty period.
- Manage all aspects of the project to agreed-upon customer requirements and ensure technical, contractual, quality, and financial targets are met.
- Lead a global project environment of qualified members from suppliers, engineering, and production teams, and build strong relationships with customers.
- Monitor each stage of project implementation to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency, risk management, and report progress to stakeholders, internal teams, subcontractors, and customers.
- Oversee and report the development of project plan documents in relation to scope, budget, schedule, and risk management.
- Identify, assess, report, negotiate, implement, and control changes and modifications to scope and programmatic aspects in financial and timely contexts.
- Support marketing and sales during acquisition phases and negotiate resulting contracts with customers and subcontractors.
- Attend industrial days and project-related meetings and reviews.
- Act as a mentor in case of conflicts, claims, and crises associated with the respective project.
Key Performance Indicators:
- On-time, on-budget, and on-quality project execution, including proper documentation.
- Sales milestones and Contribution Margin.
- Change Management focusing on scope, costs, and timing.
