About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Asia. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for building and driving brand awareness, consideration, and conversion in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand presence in Asia.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure effective execution.
- Manage and analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive issues, and provide insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, views, and leads, and improve end-user experience.
- Interface with global markets teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with digital and e-commerce media sources to generate social buzz and drive brand awareness.
- Brainstorm and implement new and creative growth channels and strategies to enhance online consumer and in-market experience and increase customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of related marketing experience, with a strong background in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Fluent oral and written English, with relative knowledge of the industry a plus.
- Solid experience in managing international/global communication and cross-functional teams.
- Computer skills, data entry, and digital marketing knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment.
- Strong team player with a strategic thinker mindset.
