Key Responsibilities- Brand Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement regionalized brand strategies for local relevance and execution across Asia, ensuring alignment with global brand objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and teams on strategic alignment and execution, including Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, Manufacturing, and HR.
- Digital Marketing and E-commerce: Prioritize China E-commerce success, develop and monitor effective digital and e-commerce marketing campaigns, and track results, including traffic, views, and leads.
- Market Analysis and Intelligence: Perform market data collection, market analysis, identify and communicate competitive issues/opportunities and trends for the region, leveraging local sales teams for frontline information and trends.
- Branding and Advertising: Develop and implement effective branding and advertising plans, including digital (e.g., WeChat) and physical (e.g., doorheads) initiatives.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare financial analysis for branding evaluation and decision-making.
- Global Interface: Interface as needed with Global Markets teams.
- Customer-Facing Materials: Initiate customer-facing materials under branding guidance, working closely with the creative team for branding consistency.
- Social Media Performance: Analyze social media performance and assess against goals (KPIs), ensuring performance of social buzz, and create and maintain relationships with digital and e-commerce media sources to generate more social buzz.
- Strategic Growth Initiatives: Brainstorm new and creative growth channels and strategies to enhance both online consumer and in-market experience and increase customer engagement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, and/or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years related marketing manager experience, rich e-commerce business experience/skill, fluent oral and written English, relative knowledge in the industry is a plus.
- Skills and Abilities: Solid experience in managing international/global communication, computer skills, data entry, and digital and e-commerce marketing knowledge, ability to handle different projects simultaneously, strong team player, strategic thinker with the ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment.
