About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team in Asia. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for building and driving brand awareness, consideration, and conversion in the Asia region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Brand Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement regionalized brand strategies for local relevance and execution across Asia.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and teams on strategic alignment and execution, including Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, Manufacturing, and HR.
  3. Digital Marketing: Develop and monitor effective digital marketing campaigns and track results, including traffic, views, and leads. Improve end-user experience.
  4. Market Analysis and Intelligence: Perform market data collection, market analysis, identify and communicate competitive issues/opportunities and trends for the region. Leverage local sales teams for frontline information and trends from distributors and key customers.
  5. Branding and Advertising: Develop and implement effective branding and advertising plans, including digital and physical channels.
  6. Financial Analysis: Prepare financial analysis for branding evaluation and decision-making.
  7. Global Interface: Interface as needed with Global Markets teams.
  8. Customer-Facing Materials: Initiate customer-facing materials under branding guidance, working closely with the creative team for branding consistency.
  9. Social Media Performance: Analyze social media performance and assess against goals (KPIs), ensuring performance of social buzz. Create and maintain relationships with digital and ecommerce media sources to generate more social buzz.
  10. Strategic Growth: Brainstorm new and creative growth channels and strategies to enhance both online consumer and in-market experience and increase customer engagement.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum 5 years related marketing manager experience.
  2. Ecommerce Experience: Rich ecommerce business experience/skill.
  3. Language Skills: Fluent oral and written English.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Relative knowledge in the industry is a plus.
  5. Global Communication: Solid experience in managing international/global communication.
  6. Computer Skills: Computer skills, data entry, and digital and ecommerce marketing knowledge.
  7. Project Management: Ability to handle different projects simultaneously.
  8. Team Player: A strong team player.
  9. Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with the ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment.
  10. Cross-Functional Experience: Cross-function organization experiences.
