Business Operations Coordinator

As a Business Operations Coordinator at Michael Page, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and assist in various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Know Your Customer (KYC) requests in a timely and efficient manner;
- Prepare notices, proxies, and minutes for board of directors, shareholders, and investment committee meetings with precision;
- Draft various legal and financial documentation, including Share Purchase Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, loan agreements, and subscription documents;
- Coordinate the opening of new bank accounts and update all banking documentation to ensure accuracy;
- Verify signatures and perform due diligence checks on diverse documents, as well as maintain administrative follow-up records;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution;
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar position within a family office, trust company, or comparable organization;
- Excellent command of English and French languages;
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 depending on qualifications and location.
