About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Process Manager HR to play a key role in defining, improving, and implementing HR processes across all functions and regions. As a member of our Global Business Services team, you will work closely with international teams to ensure continuous improvement and seamless integration of HR processes into our overall operations.

About You

We are looking for a talented and experienced professional with a strong background in HR and process improvement. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Defining, refining, and implementing HR processes comprehensively, from conceptualization to execution, in close collaboration with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
  • Managing projects from inception to launch using established project management methodologies.
  • Serving as a liaison between HR teams and other departments, ensuring seamless translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Conducting process mapping and documentation in adherence to established standards.
  • Playing a pivotal role as a change manager in organizational and process transformations.
