We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Transformation Manager to join our team at KPMG AG. As a key member of our Management Consulting team, you will play a crucial role in empowering companies to redefine their HR function and operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver strategies and solutions to improve HR processes, systems, and organizational set-up to meet business objectives
  • Develop and propose solutions to enhance the organization of various HR teams
  • Support HR organizations in improving the efficiency and quality of their shared services, strategic partnerships, and innovation
  • Drive the streamlining and simplification of HR processes, including hire-to-retire and talent-related processes
  • Collaborate with clients to review their HR technology landscape and provide insights on market-leading solutions across the HR value chain
  • Steer cross-functional projects to deliver broader value to clients
  • Support building KPMG's relationships with new and existing clients
  • Deliver proposals for acquiring new engagements with national and international clients
  • Participate in thought leadership papers and go-to-market activities
Your Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 4-5 years of professional experience in HR Transformation, HR Operations, or HR Generalist positions, with experience in a Management Consulting firm
  • Deep understanding of HR Transformation projects, including reorganizations, HR process optimization, HCM implementation, and shared service centers
  • Strong capabilities in MS Office applications and knowledge of HCM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German, with French a plus
  • Able to deliver high-quality services under tight deadlines, with strong communication and analytical skills
