At LEMO SA, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Supply Chain Leader to oversee the optimization of our goods and information flow. As the Head of Global Supply Chain, you will be responsible for formulating and executing a comprehensive E2E supply chain strategy that aligns with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a global supply chain strategy that drives business growth and profitability.
  • Sales and Operations Planning: Collaborate with the Sales organization to drive demand planning and ensure efficient product requirements are met.
  • Sourcing: Lead the supplier management process, including supplier qualification and global contracts negotiation, to achieve strategic collaboration, quality, lead-time, and cost objectives.
  • Production Planning: Monitor and regulate the supply network to optimize inventory levels and support the Manufacturing function in their role to optimize production scheduling and asset utilization.
  • Distribution: Define and lead the most appropriate and efficient distribution network to address stakeholders' needs and initiatives.
  • Technology Development: Contribute to the transformation of Company's internal processes and successful implementation of the new ERP within the Group.

Requirements:

  • Educational and Professional Background: Advanced education in Supply Chain with extensive experience in implementing global supply chain solutions, establishing continental logistics hubs, supporting ERP implementations, and managing change in an industrial B2B environment.
  • Supply Chain Proficiency: Mastery of all Supply Chain processes (Plan-Source-Make-Deliver) and resource management.
  • Data Analysis Expertise: Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights, along with knowledge in finance, cost accounting, and advanced data modelling.
  • Risk Management and Decision-Making abilities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, in a multicultural, global setting.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and influencing skills for holding and managing multiple perspectives simultaneously.
  • Team Development: Talent for building high-performance teams, identifying necessary resources across disciplines, fostering a climate of trust, and promoting collective learning and efficient collaboration.
