About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and services to our customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Delivery Coordination: Support the organization of consolidated deliveries from foreign factories and European warehouses to our distributors worldwide during our logistics' peak before the winter season.
- Purchasing Support: Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure seamless import processes.
- Order Fulfillment: Be responsible for the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- Export Documentation: Prepare and generate export documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs documents.
- Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- IT Support: Update and maintain our IT tools and data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the logistics team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- At least 3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and IT services.
- Fluent in French and English (speaking and writing), with additional languages a plus.
- Knowledge of export procedures and documentation (Incoterms, etc.).
- Rigorous and precise, with a strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently, as well as in a team.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Outlook, MS Office, and ERP systems (Netsuite experience a plus).
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities during peak season.
