About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and services to our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery Coordination: Support the organization of consolidated deliveries from foreign factories and European warehouses to our distributors worldwide during our logistics' peak before the winter season.
  • Purchasing Support: Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure seamless import processes.
  • Order Fulfillment: Be responsible for the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Export Documentation: Prepare and generate export documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs documents.
  • Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • IT Support: Update and maintain our IT tools and data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the logistics team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and IT services.
  • Fluent in French and English (speaking and writing), with additional languages a plus.
  • Knowledge of export procedures and documentation (Incoterms, etc.).
  • Rigorous and precise, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently, as well as in a team.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Outlook, MS Office, and ERP systems (Netsuite experience a plus).
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities during peak season.
