Alohi, a pioneering technology company, is seeking a seasoned Email Marketing Manager to join its Marketing team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of email marketing, including strategy development, campaign management, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth, aligning with business objectives.
  • Audience Segmentation: Segment and target email lists based on customer behavior and preferences to ensure personalized and effective communication.
  • Campaign Optimization: Develop and execute A/B tests to optimize email performance, improving open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Email Template Management: Create and maintain email templates, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Industry Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and recommend new email strategies and tactics to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure email campaigns align with overall marketing goals and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Understanding of email copywriting best practices, basic design principles, and experience working with HTML/CSS for email.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimizing email performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
