  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of building infrastructure and facility management best practices.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of strong team leadership, communication, and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Fluency in French (C2 level), English (C1 level), and German (asset).

Key Requirements:

  • Electrical or HVAC Engineer degree or equivalent.
  • Several years of experience in building infrastructure and facility management.
  • Proven track record of successful team leadership and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
