Retail Store Leader

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Leader to join our team at The North Face Landquart Fashion Outlet. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer satisfaction while mentoring and developing your store teams.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position, requiring weekend, evening, and holiday work as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Implement effective retail processes and procedures
  • Manage inventory, P&L, and other core operational procedures
  • Monitor and report performance metrics, using data to inform business decisions
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment in line with The North Face brand standards
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in retail, preferably within the fashion industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office and POS systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
