Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead and nurture a team, drive sales and customer satisfaction at The North Face Landquart Fashion Outlet.

This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and experience within a global organisation. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Implementing retail processes and procedures to improve sales and operational efficiency
• Maintaining accurate inventory and P&L records
• Reporting performance metrics and KPIs to drive business growth
• Ensuring visual merchandising standards are met

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience in retail operations, including budgeting and planning
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
• Familiarity with German and English languages
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
