Senior Portfolio Manager Non-Life Insurance

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of a technical portfolio management framework for Helvetia Group's non-life business.
  • Monitor and support the implementation of portfolio management processes in market units.
  • Provide expertise on portfolio management structure, methodology, and dimensions.
  • Identify portfolio strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks, and initiate corresponding measures.
  • Coordinate processes between market units and the Group on portfolio management.
  • Manage interfaces with specialist units and market units.

Requirements

  • Long-term experience in underwriting portfolio management.
  • Track record in profitability and portfolio management of insurance portfolios.
  • Reflective and communicative personality with a multi-dimensional understanding of success.
  • Skilled in maintaining relationships across different levels and countries.
  • International mobility and proficiency in German, English, and Spanish.
