As a Sales Representative with TN Switzerland, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to generate leads and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with existing and new partners to expand our customer base
  • Act as the voice of the customer by actively listening and engaging with clients to gather valuable insights
  • Participate in outbound call campaigns to introduce potential or newly signed-up members to the benefits of our organization
  • Provide support and guidance to new members throughout their onboarding journey
Requirements:
  • Commercial studies, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • Previous experience in inside or outside sales is a plus
  • Client-oriented with a solutions-driven mindset
  • Strong communication skills and high level of autonomy
  • Fluency in German, Italian, and English
