Fashion and Accessories Manufacturing Controller

As a Manufacturing Financial Controller at Richemont, you will be responsible for coordinating the alignment of F&A manufacturing entities' financials to Group policies and procedures. This includes assisting new entities in adopting the Group Framework, helping Maisons to establish an industrial controlling setup, and providing guidance to entities to streamline their financial processes. You will also identify and prioritize areas for improvement, lead enhancements projects to align operational financial processes, and monitor performance to ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures.
Support to the Group F&A Industry Team
You will support the Group F&A Industry team in defining and implementing the manufacturing strategy, and assist in assessing the financial implications of strategic projects. You will prepare business cases, evaluate impacts, and establish recommendations, and participate in the implementation of projects. Additionally, you will take part in acquisition projects, lead the financial due-diligence, acquisition accounting, and post-merger integration, and supervise the controlling teams in Richemont F&A manufacturing entities.
Monitoring of Manufacturing Entities' Performance
You will collaborate in the monitoring of manufacturing entities' performance and ensure compliance of financial statements with Group policies and procedures. You will analyze manufacturing entities' financials and ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and procedures, monitor performance, establish monthly production KPIs, and prepare results presentations to management. You will also review standard cost structure, monitor variances, carry out Group Other Margin Movements (OMM) summary, and prepare F&A monthly executive summary.
Participation in Anaplan and SAP Manufacturing Roll-out Projects
You will participate in Anaplan and SAP Manufacturing roll-out projects, liaise with Maisons and IT regarding system optimizations and process improvements, and be the contact point for any manufacturing subject related to SAP development.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 10 years of experience in the controlling field in an industrial environment, preferably in Fashion & Accessories Leather. You will also require a university degree in finance and/or economics, and a specialized degree in costing is a plus. Fluency in English is essential, and Italian and/or French are a strong plus. You will be willing to travel in Europe, mostly in Italy, up to 40% annually.
