Fashion Manufacturing Controller

As a Fashion Manufacturing Controller at Richemont, you will be responsible for coordinating the alignment of F&A manufacturing entities' financials to Group policies and procedures. This includes assisting new entities in adopting the Group Framework, helping Maisons to establish industrial controlling setups, and providing guidance to entities to streamline their financial processes. You will also identify and prioritize areas for improvement, lead enhancements projects to align operational financial processes, and monitor performance to ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures.

• Reliable and diligent with an analytical mindset
Requirements
• At least 10 years of experience in the controlling field in an industrial environment (Fashion & Accessories Leather would be a plus)
• University degree in finance and/or economics
• Fluency in English (Italian and/or French are a strong plus)
• Willing to travel in Europe (mostly Italy), up to 40% annually
