The Senior Content Specialist - Employee Engagement is responsible for creating engaging content that inspires and motivates employees worldwide. Reporting to the Head of Employee Engagement, this position is based at MSC Cruises' headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing content strategies that engage and inspire employees worldwide
• Creating high-quality content for various platforms, including the intranet, social media, and email newsletters
• Working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments
• Analyzing employee feedback and providing recommendations for improving communication strategies and engagement initiatives
• Collaborating with teams across the organisation to support employee engagement goals
Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates should possess 5-6 years of experience in content creation, communication tool management, or employee engagement, preferably in a global company. Strong organisational and project management skills are essential, along with a willingness to travel and work with teams in different locations, including onboard ships. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of French or other European languages is a plus.
