**Job Description**
- Build trusted relationships with current clients and bring in new logos through proactive account management and sales strategies.
- Understand client needs, issues and priorities, and co-create impactful solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Drive RFPs and proactive bids with regards to renewals, extensions, and expansion, leveraging industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in a client-facing role from previous IT Professional services firms or offshore outsourcing industry.
- 8+ years dedicated to BFS accounts, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
- Experience managing client P&L, including reporting and metric assessment, is essential.
- Excellent ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, up to the C-Suite.
- Proactive mindset, ability to interface at all levels of an organization, and strong leadership skills are required.
