Commercial Development Manager

Votre rôle sera de participer au développement de Wavestone en Suisse auprès de grands comptes du marché local. Pour ce faire, vous devrez promouvoir l'ensemble des offres du cabinet auprès d'interlocuteurs de haut niveau.

Missions

  • Gérer et entretenir la relation client dans une logique de partenariat
  • Prospecter de nouveaux donneurs d'ordres, en accord avec la stratégie de compte
  • Préparer et déployer les plans de prospection auprès de grands comptes
  • Identifier de nouveaux besoins chez nos clients afin de détecter de nouvelles opportunités business
  • Participer aux rendez-vous client en binôme avec les équipes conseil afin de présenter le cabinet et ses expertises
  • Aider à s'assurer du niveau de satisfaction client et mettre en place des plans d'actions éventuels
  • Piloter le cycle d'avant-vente de nos prestations de conseil
  • Coordonner l'ensemble des managers et consultants qui contribuent aux réponses aux appels d'offres
  • Négocier l'offre commerciale auprès de nos clients et donneurs d'ordres et sécuriser la vente

Qualifications

  • Futur(e) diplômé(e) d'un Bac +5 d'une grande école de management, d'ingénieurs ou d'une université en Suisse
  • Doté(e) d'un esprit critique aiguisé, de capacités d'analyse développées, et d'un excellent relationnel
  • Maitrisez couramment l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral
  • Vous souhaitez intégrer des équipes à taille humaine favorisant la proximité et la transmission des savoirs
  • Vous recherchez un environnement de travail stimulant au sein d'un cabinet de conseil reconnu et en pleine croissance
