Associate Principal Scientist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate analytical methods, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical expertise and support to colleagues, ensuring seamless laboratory operations.
- Act as a single point of contact for customer queries related to analytical development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in method validation, development, and transfer.
- Proven expertise in protein analysis and physical-chemical methods.
- Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities in English, with German a plus.
