Unsere Herausforderung
Wir suchen per Februar 2025 befristet bis Ende Mai 2025 eine:n Backstage Tour Coordinator (Februar-März 50%, April-Mai 100%) für das ESC 2025.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Entwicklung des Konzepts für die Backstage Tours
- Koordination der Backstage Tours für die verschiedenen Partner:innen und Gruppen
- Entwicklung des Programms für die Backstage Tours
- Bildung eines Teams aus Freiwilligen zur Durchführung der Backstage Tours
- Erstellung des Skripts für die Backstage Tours
Voraussetzungen
- Gute Kenntnisse über den ESC und weitere internationale Veranstaltungen
- Technische Erfahrung mit grossangelegten internationalen TV-Produktionen
- Erfahrung im Eventmanagement und grossangelegten internationalen Veranstaltungen
- Fähigkeit, ein kleines Team aufzubauen und zu koordinieren
- Hohe organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit, stressige Situationen mit Gelassenheit zu begegnen
