About the Role

VF Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Multichannel Planner to join our team in Stabio, Switzerland. As a key member of our Multichannel Business Operation team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales Team in analyzing sales, tracking business actions, and proposing corrective measures to ensure the effective planning and execution of the Brand's strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the in-season Prebook Landing weekly calls with Sales and track opportunities/risks.
  • Develop the pre-season prebook forecasts and targets and prepare kick-off meetings for Leadership Team.
  • Control the progression of orderbook by accounts and category.
  • Drive ad-hoc analysis across channels to track business performance and unlock opportunities.
  • Provide business insights and analytics for the local Sales Team.
  • Coordinate the collection of commercial needs across the sales organization and align with headquarters for planning and execution.
  • Support local sales team in the approval process for returns, markdowns, cancellations, credit notes, disputes, and validate seasonal discounts checks.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in planning, finance, or at a big consultancy firm.
  • Master's Degree in economics, statistics, or management engineering.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Highly proficient in Excel and data management.
  • Good understanding of business processes and sales strategies for a fast-paced, growing, and international company.
