Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Services Apprentice to join our team. This three-year apprenticeship program will provide you with hands-on experience in various departments of the bank, including back-office, middle office, and front office. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and develop valuable skills in financial services.

As a Financial Services Apprentice, your responsibilities will include assisting with day-to-day operations, data entry, and other administrative tasks. You will also have the chance to participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Requirements
  • Aged between 15 and 20 years old
  • Fully completed secondary education (cycle d'orientation – niveau LS/L)
  • Interest in economics and finance
  • Proficiency in French (and one additional language)
  • Rapid learning ability, excellent communication skills, adaptability, perseverance, and writing skills
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Residence in Switzerland
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with industry standards. Based on market research, the estimated annual salary for this role is around CHF 50,000 - CHF 60,000, depending on location and experience.
