We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Reclaim Specialist to join our team at Lombard Odier. As a Tax Reclaim Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the production of tax reclaim forms for our clients and BPO clients.

Your Role
  • Manage the production of tax reclaim forms for Lombard Odier clients and BPO clients.
  • Follow up on tax reclaim cases and liaise with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to testing as part of the dedicated in-house tax reclaim tool enhancements.
  • Provide support for tax-related data analysis.
  • Draft and maintain operational procedures, KRIs, and KPIs.
Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent. Previous experience within Tax Operations is considered an advantage. Excellent communication skills, proactivity, attention to detail, and comfort with administrative tasks are essential. Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is required, and other languages such as German, Italian, or Spanish are considered an asset. The successful candidate should be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is between CHF 60,000 and CHF 80,000 depending on experience.
