Job Description

As a Tax Reclaim Specialist, you will be responsible for the production and verification of tax reclaim forms, as well as monitoring tax reclaim cases requiring regular interactions with tax administrations, custodians, and front office colleagues. You will work within the Tax Reclaim & Analysis team to deliver a high-quality tax reclaim service, collaborating with other Tax Operations teams and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the production of tax reclaim forms for Lombard Odier clients and BPO clients">
• Follow up on tax reclaim cases and liaise with key internal and external stakeholders">
• Contribute to testing as part of the dedicated in-house tax reclaim tool enhancements">
• Provide support for tax-related data analysis">
• Draft and maintain operational procedures, KRIs, and KPIs">

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a detail-oriented and solution-driven individual with excellent communication skills, who can work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment. A bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration, or equivalent, is considered an advantage. Previous experience within Tax Operations, or other operations experience, is highly valued.
