About the Role
Coresystems AG is a global software and service provider for digital service processes, leveraging new technologies like machine learning and AI to build the future of work. We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to expand our European presence and help drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing deals and generating ARR
- Engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers in enterprise accounts
- Develop and execute a strategic outbound sales approach for large organizations
- Demonstrate compelling AI-powered product solutions addressing client needs
- Craft high-value proposals and negotiations aligned with customer pain points
- Leverage LinkedIn and personal branding to connect with key stakeholders
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and hit revenue targets
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success
Requirements
- A strong network in at least one key industry (Discrete Manufacturing, Medical Equipment, or Energy & Utilities)
- A proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
- Experience selling GenAI solutions or other advanced technologies
- Ability to navigate and win large accounts (€1B+ revenue)
- Excellent discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills with C-suite executives
- Fluent in English and German (C1/C2 level, written and verbal)
- Resilient, entrepreneurial mindset – thrives in fast-moving environments
- CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred)
