Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute your digital native skills to our strategic digitalization projects, influencing our future significantly.
  • Structure, plan, and design requirement gathering in projects, setting the foundation for high service quality.
  • Work in project teams to develop elegant and clever solutions for digital processes, actively shaping the positive customer experience.
  • Act in the complex environment of the intersection between end customers, departments, and IT, focusing on the end customer perspective and laying the groundwork for high service quality with the requirements you define.
  • Organize and moderate workshops, and clarify emerging contradictions and conflicts.
  • Determine and question requirements in the problem and solution domain, using suitable inquiry techniques.
  • Detail user stories until they meet the 'Definition of Ready' and document relationships based on standards like UML or BPMN.
  • Recognize overall connections in terms of customer experience and evaluate solutions in terms of feasibility, business value, and impact on existing processes, data, structures, and systems.

Requirements

  • You hold a completed education in business informatics or computer science.
  • You thrive when you can shape and drive change processes, using your skilled persuasion abilities and negotiation skills.
  • You can present a genuine experience portfolio in business analysis.
  • You are characterized by analytical, structured, and networked thinking.
  • You understand the sales, contract, finance, and/or service processes of a service organization.
