Transformation Change and Training Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of overall Business Change and Training strategy and plans.

• Support the budget definition based on input from Business Process Owners and Area Business Change Leads.

• Provide input on Business Change and Training methodology.

• Facilitate cross-functional and cross-country/area communication and alignment.

• Encourage Best Practices sharing across areas and functions.

Vendor Management:

• Participate in the selection of providers for training material delivery and translation.

• Supervise Processes and Systems Training consultants.

• Monitor budget, invoices, quality, and timelines.

• Monitor work between providers and Central functional teams.

In-Area Business Change and Training Implementation:

• Support Business Change and Training capability for Area Business Change and Training Leads (Train the Trainers/Kick Off).

• Monitor and track quality and timely completion of deliverables.

Central Training Management:

• Support Central Training Specialists stream work.

• Support cross-functional Training curricula work.

• Support Central cross-functional Training Needs Analysis.

• Monitor progress on Central materials development.

People Change Management Support:

• Support Central People Change Area on defined activities.

• Co-deliver trainings (e.g., Train the Trainers, Change Management).

• Support preparation of central analysis of country Focus Groups results.

• Manage Key User and other surveys.

• Support results communication to countries and Central functions.

Daily Support:

• Support the team in day-to-day activities such as reporting, meetings, communication preparations, planning, progress tracking, organizing meetings, and developing presentations.

• Ensure the team's Teamsite administration is up-to-date.

The successful candidate will support the implementation of Change and Training activities for MEU, working with the BPE Change Leader and team, the cross-functional Project team, and Area teams.
