The Head of Trading Sales & Distribution will be responsible for promoting and selling our regulated digital asset trading services.
Your focus will be on onboarding new clients and generating trading volume.
- Proactively build a pipeline and prospect new clients willing to trade digital assets or offer digital asset trading platforms to their own end-clients.
- Ensure rapid and frictionless client onboarding in close collaboration with the support teams.
You will also be responsible for:
- Managing the existing client base to ensure high satisfaction and active use of the platform.
- Closing new client deals through negotiation and sales meetings.
- Outreach: represent Taurus at third-party events and conferences.
- 5-10 years of working experience in trading and brokerage sales in the financial services industry.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or economics.
- Solid book of clients, experience in building a strong pipeline, and sales lifecycle.
Please note that this job requires significant travel to visit clients on-site when needed.
