Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch client service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Execute client instructions, including account openings, closures, and KYC reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including account information and transaction history.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests and instructions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, products, and services to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including presentations, pitchbooks, and investment proposals.
  • Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • University degree or commercial apprenticeship in a bank or similar banking-related education.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a private banking environment.
  • Good understanding of financial instruments, including equities, bonds, and derivatives.
  • Excellent Windows office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing environments.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, with proficiency in additional languages a plus.
  • Team player with a solution-driven mindset and pragmatic approach.
