The Role
In this dynamic and rewarding position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Licensing to develop and execute a comprehensive licensing strategy that drives business growth and brand success.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of license agreements and activations.
- Developing 360° activation plans that maximize partnership value and drive commercial success.
- Managing and guiding partner relationships to achieve mutual goals and objectives.
- Leveraging partnerships to optimize merchandising portfolios and execute marketing initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports on licensing category performance and royalty income.
About You
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who brings along:
- A university degree in business administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury/premium brand marketing and licensing roles, with mandatory experience in Beauty/Fragrance.
- Proven expertise in licensing, brand management, and partnership development.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills, combined with financial acumen.
