Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the improvement of service levels for core services, including technical repairs and new machine installations, to meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement a Service Excellence Strategy to deliver industry-leading solutions across countries and service portfolios.

The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in service excellence and operations, with a proven track record in Lean Management certification and Six Sigma. A clear historic responsibility and experience in national service excellence improvement programs are essential.
