Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Excellence Director to lead our local technical operational excellence activities for Selecta Solutions. This role is based in Kirchberg, BE and involves optimizing service level fulfillment for our core services, including technical repairs and new machine installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of a Service Excellence Strategy to deliver best-in-class solutions from Group across countries and the entire service portfolio.
  • Drive continuous service improvement and quality levels across the core elements of Technical Services, including planning, day-to-day operations, and logistic footprint & warehouse operations throughout the entire service lifecycle.
  • Act as a leader in Service Excellence at the intersection of Service Excellence and Technology to boost performance through leveraging IoT, robotics, and automation.
  • Define and actively manage service level performance, focusing on efficiency, costs, and client service.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Commercial background.
  • Further education in Project Management (e.g., PMI).
  • 5 to 10 years' experience in service excellence & operations, logistics, retail business.
  • Clear historic responsibility and experience in a national service excellence improvement program.
