**Job Overview:**

Prime21 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Assistant Director to join our team. As a Corporate Assistant Director, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to the Vice President, driving business growth and development.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement administrative systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President, including managing diaries, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing documents.
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Work collaboratively with other assistants to support the needs of senior executives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of secretarial experience, preferably in a senior role.
  • Excellent computer literacy, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain quality standards.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in German and English is a must.
