The Role

We are seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our Corporate Donations & Sponsoring Department at Roche. In this role, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team that supports the company's charitable initiatives.

About the Position

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, handling confidential and time-sensitive situations, and working with senior internal and external stakeholders. This includes liaising with the CEO and Chairman's Office, participating in CSR activities, and creating reports using Sharepoint and Concur.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with senior stakeholders, including internal and external parties.
  • Participate in CSR activities and provide administrative support.
  • Create reports using Sharepoint and Concur.
  • Coordinate visitor arrangements, travel, and meetings.
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks.
  • Onboard new colleagues and organize team events.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and German required.
  • Experience working in diverse and complex organizational cultures and structures.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong Google Suite and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to track and manage projects effectively.
  • Collaborative, professional, and highly responsive approach.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Part-time position, 50% of full-time hours.
