Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Lead End User Compute Architect to join our team in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. As a key member of our global IT team, you will be responsible for designing and architecting end user services solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect end user services solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to understand end user needs and challenges.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies and trends in end user services to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Assess existing end user services infrastructure and provide recommendations for optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Implement security best practices in end user services solutions to safeguard sensitive information.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect with a focus on end user services.
  • In-depth knowledge of end user computing technologies, including desktop virtualization, endpoint management, collaboration tools, and user authentication.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
