Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Lead End User Compute Architect to join our global IT team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and architecting end user services solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design: Design and architect end user services solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to understand end user needs and challenges.
  • Technology Evaluation: Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies and trends in end user services to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Infrastructure Optimization: Assess existing end user services infrastructure and provide recommendations for optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices in end user services solutions to safeguard sensitive information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect with a focus on end user services.
  • In-depth knowledge of end user computing technologies, including desktop virtualization, endpoint management, collaboration tools, and user authentication.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
