The Role:
We're looking for a proactive and organized talent to cover a maternity leave within our Neuchâtel property management team. You'll play a key role in welcoming clients and ensuring they settle smoothly into their apartments while coming up with creative solutions to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee our serviced apartments in Neuchâtel, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality, safety, and comfort.
- Act as the primary contact for guest arrivals and departures—welcoming clients, managing key handovers, and ensuring a seamless stay.
- Provide ongoing assistance throughout guests' stays, responding to queries efficiently and professionally.
- Conduct pre-arrival apartment checks, working closely with the housekeeping team to guarantee cleanliness and readiness.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with technicians and service providers to resolve any issues promptly.
- Manage bookings and updates through our property management system.
- Enhance operational processes, bringing fresh ideas to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (booking, marketing, and accounts) to support apartment viewings and share key information.
- Support with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluent in French & English (written and spoken).
- A proactive and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail—you'll be managing multiple properties and ensuring client satisfaction.
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
- A friendly, customer-focused approach with a passion for hospitality and serviced apartments.
- Problem-solving skills—able to handle challenges with patience and professionalism.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and bring fresh ideas.
- Comfortable using property management systems and digital tools.
Benefits:
- 40% (16 hours/week) – 4 half-days per week
- Salary: CHF 26,400 – CHF 31,200 per year
