The Job:

We're looking for an experienced Property Management Specialist to join our Neuchâtel team. You'll be responsible for overseeing our serviced apartments, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality, safety, and comfort.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary contact for guest arrivals and departures, welcoming clients and managing key handovers.
  2. Provide ongoing assistance throughout guests' stays, responding to queries efficiently and professionally.
  3. Conduct pre-arrival apartment checks, working closely with the housekeeping team to guarantee cleanliness and readiness.
  4. Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with technicians and service providers to resolve any issues promptly.
  5. Manage bookings and updates through our property management system.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent in French & English (written and spoken).
  2. A proactive and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges with patience and professionalism.
  4. A friendly, customer-focused approach with a passion for hospitality and serviced apartments.
  5. Comfortable using property management systems and digital tools.

What We Offer:

  • 40% (16 hours/week) – 4 half-days per week
  • Salary: CHF 26,400 – CHF 31,200 per year
  • Company phone provided
  • Flexible work options (remote work available)
