As a Residential Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing our serviced apartments, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality, safety, and comfort. You'll act as the primary contact for guest arrivals and departures, welcoming clients and managing key handovers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing assistance throughout guests' stays, responding to queries efficiently and professionally.
- Conduct pre-arrival apartment checks, working closely with the housekeeping team to guarantee cleanliness and readiness.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with technicians and service providers to resolve any issues promptly.
- Manage bookings and updates through our property management system.
We're looking for a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements:
- Fluent in French & English (written and spoken).
