Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer at Onedot, you will be responsible for designing and deploying our cloud infrastructure and platform releases across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Deploy Cloud Infrastructure: You will be responsible for designing and deploying our cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS) to ensure that mission-critical systems are functioning securely and reliably.
  • Implement Automation and Monitoring: You will implement automation and effective monitoring to ensure that our platform services are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats, performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Deploy and Maintain CI/CD Pipelines: You will deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments to ensure that our platform releases are smooth and efficient.
  • Ensure Platform Services: You will ensure that our platform services are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats, performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with R&D Team: You will collaborate with our R&D team to bring new capabilities live and provide second-level support when needed.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or Similar: You must have a Master's degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience: You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in setting up, hardening, and evolving containerized cloud platform infrastructure using an infrastructure-as-code paradigm.
  • Practical Experience with AWS, Terraform, Docker, and Linux: You must have practical experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Terraform, Docker, and Linux.
  • Excellent Programming Skills: You must have excellent programming skills in Shell, Python, or similar.
  • Team Player: You must be a team player with effective communication skills and a positive get-things-done mentality.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Practical Know-How of Deploying Spark Data Pipelines: You must have practical know-how of deploying Spark data pipelines in production environments.
  • Previous Experience in Architectural or Infrastructure Role: You must have previous experience in an architectural or infrastructure role.
  • Good Knowledge of IT Security and SysOps/DevOps Methodologies: You must have good knowledge of IT security and SysOps/DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience Working in a SaaS Product Setting: You must have experience working in a SaaS product setting.
