Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our DevOps team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, provisioning, maintaining, and supporting our operations environments, developer tools, and office infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure for production, UAT, and test environments
  • Manage development tools and connections between various systems
  • Deploy workloads using Kubernetes and Helm
  • Support development teams to adopt best practices for running applications in the cloud
  • Improve platform automation, testing, monitoring, telemetry, and alerting
  • Plan and design services that can run on any cloud platform using infrastructure orchestration skills
  • Design, deploy, and operate core backend infrastructure in an automated and 'infrastructure-as-code' approach
  • Work with software engineering teams to identify and troubleshoot issues in production
  • Maintain documentation of infrastructure design, practices, and procedures
  • Share technical solutions and product ideas with the team and contribute to the continuous improvement of development and release processes
Requirements
  • University degree in computer science or a related field from a reputable institution
  • Experience working as a DevOps specialist or systems engineer
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoCD (deployment to GKE is a plus)
  • Experience managing CI/CD pipelines, disaster recovery, and business continuity
  • Experience with Terraform
  • Good knowledge of the Google Cloud Platform (other providers are a plus)
  • Motivated to work in a team that is tech-savvy
