European Sales Manager

Your Profile:
- Several years of experience in the machine tool industry, possibly with a focus on 5-axis milling
- Excellent language skills (English/German) in both spoken and written forms
- High level of independence and strong customer orientation
- Potential and interest in developing towards a leadership role
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess customer satisfaction and cultivate relationships with new potential customers
- Create rolling forecasts based on ongoing offers and demand cases
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers, agents, and the sales organization
- Responsible for marketing and selling capital goods within the assigned market area
- Accompany customers on visits to provide information about products and services
Key Performance Indicators:
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Improve customer satisfaction ratings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
