CTC Resourcing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled BioProcess Expert to join our team in Basel, Switzerland.
Job Summary:We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in bioprocess manufacturing to provide technical and scientific support to our manufacturing shopfloor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GMP environments and experience in leading new product technology transfers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical and scientific support to manufacturing shopfloor, ensuring timely completion of activities and compliance with regulations.
- Manage intra, cross-site, and cross-functional projects related to process and productivity improvements.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert on manufacturing equipment and processes, participating in tech transfer activities as needed.
- Partner with direct manager to assign resources to tech transfers, drive continuous improvement, and ensure manufacturing instructions are clear, safe, and compliant.
- Initiate, own, and manage Manufacturing focused Change Controls, CAPAs, and Planned Exceptions.
- Utilize depth of experience to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve moderately complex technical and operational problems.
- Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities, share knowledge cross-functionally, and drive site and/or global implementation.
- Relevant Swiss working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required.
- High school diploma or equivalent as a minimum; Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
- 8-years of direct experience working in a GMP environment.
- Experience in leading new product technology transfers and managing Manufacturing focused Change Controls, CAPAs, and Planned Exceptions.
- Ability to analyze and initiate improvements to process performance.
