About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Officer to join our team at Robeco Switzerland Ltd. As a key member of our Client Servicing department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and support to our Investment Management clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Main point of contact for client-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creation, coordination, and ownership of recurring client reports, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality content.
  • Responsible for Requests for Information (RfI), whether physical or online, and ensuring seamless execution.
  • IMA client onboarding for all Robeco products managed in Zurich, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • AML & KYC/CDD responsibility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Cash flow booking for clients with IMA managed in Zurich, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely processing.
  • Contributor or owner to internal projects, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Handling of various day-to-day ad-hoc requests, providing prompt and effective solutions to clients.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of investment products and a demonstrable affinity with the industry.
  • Ability to take initiative and work with different client types, adapting to their needs and preferences.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Client-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German, with additional language skills desirable.
